Right of withdrawal

At byJEMA, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the item, as long as the item is not in use and is in a saleable condition. Once byJEMA has approved the return, we will transfer your money or exchange the item as soon as possible, as you wish.

The following criteria must be met for the return of the item:

1. Before the expiry of the withdrawal deadline, you must notify byJEMA that you have regretted the purchase. This report must be made in writing - e.g. in the united States. on email jema@jema.as.

2. Items must be returned to:

byJEMA, Kløservejen 2, 8850 Bjerringbro, Denmark.

Note!

There is no right of withdrawal on customer-specific and custom-made products.

byJEMA does not pay postage and packaging costs for the return of goods. byJEMA is not responsible for the item until it is received.

If, upon receipt of your goods, you notice an error on the item, or if byJEMA has made a mistake in the shipment, please contact jema@jema.as immediately.

Of course, for errors or defects approved by byJEMA, we credit your shipping costs. However, max. £99

Complaints

All items purchased on byJEMA.dk / byJEMA.com are subject to the 2 year warranty of the Danish Purchase Act, which means that you can advertise defects in the product up to 2 years after the date of purchase. The warranty is void in the case of improper use, wear or maintenance.
